After 30 years in the industry as a sommelier, my desire as a winemaker is to create Old-World style Texas Wines meant to be paired with food. At Diamond Vineyards, we grow Tempranillo, Tannat, and Mourvèdre. Our fruit is all red and our Hill Country AVA land of caliche hills imparts strong character, balanced acidity and layered phenolics. All wines are Oak Aged and created to age gracefully. We offer our wines by the bottle by the case or even mixed cases.
